RACHEL BETZ COMPLETES LUXURY HOME MARKETING TRAINING, BUILDS EXPERTISE IN LUXURY HOME MARKET

Designees are sales associates who work to hone the special skills and competencies necessary to provide exceptional service in the fine homes and estates marketplace. Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their markets, and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market. Less than 100 professional Realtors in Colorado have the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation.
The luxury real estate courses, which covered such topics as demographics of the affluent, lifestyle segmentation, trends and amenities in today’s luxury home product, and creating a marketing plan for the multi-million dollar property, were part of the requirement toward earning the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation, which The Institute awards internationally to sales professionals who meet performance standards in the upper-tier residential market.
