We have toured St John’s prevously, including the Flats. We have floor plans for all the units. The townhomes didn’t work for us; the Flats units might. We are somewhat price-sensitive; can you give me a range for anticipated pricing for these units? If the prices are beyond our range, then I won’t waste your time. RP
